Whilst the following guidelines are not exhaustive, they should help students to decide what is and what is not appropriate. Students are advised to check if they are unsure about an item of clothing. We thank you for upholding the values of Teddington Sixth Form in respect of our dress code.

Hairstyles and Accessories

  • Natural hair colours, jewellery and accessories that are appropriate for a school environment.  This would include plain studs or small hoops

Unacceptable Hairstyles and Accessories

  • No visible tattoos
  • No extreme hairstyles and extreme hair colours
  • No visible piercings, excessive piercings, stretchers in ears
  • Excessive jewellery / accessories 
  • Bandanas
  • Hats & baseball caps
  • Sunglasses (indoors)
